2022年的春天似乎比往年来得更郑重些，料峭春风里还带着冬日的余温，却已悄然为生活埋下了惊喜的伏笔。也就是在这个2月，我——奥斯曼托合荪，一位普通的基层工作者，意外收到了来自国务院客户端平台的消息：在2022年2月开展的“国务院大事我知道”互动活动中，我幸运地获得了“幸运奖”。这份荣誉或许在旁人看来只是一份小小的奖励，但对我而言，它不仅是一份惊喜，更是一次深入了解国家政策、感受政务公开温度的珍贵经历，值得我细细回望与记录。

我与“国务院大事我知道”活动的结缘，源于一次偶然的政务信息浏览。作为一名在社区工作的人员，日常工作中时常需要向居民解读最新的政策文件，小到社保医保的调整，大到国家层面的民生举措，都需要我们准确理解、清晰传达。因此，关注国务院客户端、“中国政府网”等官方平台，成了我工作之余的习惯。2022年2月初，我像往常一样打开国务院客户端，首页弹出的“大事我知道”互动活动入口吸引了我的目光。活动介绍中提到，这是为了让更多群众了解近期国务院部署的重点工作、出台的重要政策，通过答题互动的形式，让政务信息从“文件里”走到“群众中”，当时我便觉得，这不仅是一次有趣的互动，更是一次提升自身政策素养的好机会，于是毫不犹豫地点击了“参与”。

提交答案后，我并没有过多期待获奖，只觉得通过这次答题，自己对近期国家大事的了解更系统、更深入了，以后向居民解读政策时也能更有底气。直到2月下旬的一天，我收到了国务院客户端发来的短信，告知我在本次活动中获得“幸运奖”，并需要填写个人信息以便寄送奖品。看到短信的那一刻，我先是愣了一下，随即涌上一阵惊喜——没想到这份“认真答题”的态度，真的换来了一份特殊的认可。我立刻按照提示登录平台确认信息，看着页面上“恭喜您获奖”的字样，心里满是温暖，这份奖励无关物质，更多的是一种“被看见”的感动，让我感受到政务互动活动并非“形式主义”，而是真正在倾听群众的声音、回应群众的参与热情。

The spring of 2022 seems to be more solemn than in previous years, and the spring breeze still carries the residual warmth of winter, but it has quietly laid the groundwork for surprises in life. It was in February that I, Osmanto Hesun, an ordinary grassroots worker, unexpectedly received a message from the State Council client platform: I was lucky to win the “Lucky Award” in the “I Know About the State Council’s Major Events” interactive activity held in February 2022. This honor may seem like a small reward to others, but for me, it is not only a surprise, but also a precious experience of in-depth understanding of national policies and feeling the temperature of government affairs openness, which is worth looking back on and recording.

My connection with the “I Know the Major Events of the State Council” activity stemmed from an accidental browsing of government information. As a person working in the community, we often need to interpret the latest policy documents to residents in our daily work, from the adjustment of social security and medical insurance to the people’s livelihood measures at the national level, which need to be accurately understood and clearly communicated. Therefore, paying attention to official platforms such as the State Council client and the “Chinese Government Network” has become my habit after work. At the beginning of February 2022, I opened the State Council client as usual, and the “I know big things” interactive activity entrance popped up on the homepage attracted my attention. It was mentioned in the introduction of the event that this is to let more people understand the key work and important policies deployed by the State Council recently, and let government information go from “documents” to “the masses” through the form of answering and interactive.

The answering session of the activity was designed to be both rigorous and intimate. The content of the topic closely focuses on the key work of the State Council from January to February 2022, covering many fields such as people’s livelihood security, rural revitalization, epidemic prevention and control, and economic development. I remember that one of the questions involved the newly introduced “15 Measures to Stabilize Employment”, which asked about the specific support policies for the employment of college graduates. When I saw this question, I felt a little more confident – the community had just organized a symposium on employment assistance for college graduates, and I had studied this document specifically, and I knew that it clearly put forward specific measures such as “expanding the recruitment scale of state-owned enterprises”, “supporting small, medium and micro enterprises to absorb employment”, and “launching millions of employment trainee positions”, so I successfully chose the correct answer. There is also a question about “rural revitalization to help the development of characteristic industries in counties”, which is also related to the community assistance work I am responsible for, our community has cooperated with the characteristic agricultural product bases in surrounding counties to help farmers broaden sales channels, so I am deeply impressed by the content of the policy of “strengthening industrial assistance financial support” and “cultivating new agricultural business entities”, and I am also handy when answering the questions.

The process of answering questions is more like a “policy review”. Behind each question is the country’s solid efforts for people’s livelihood and social development. For example, there is a question related to “market supply and price stability during the Spring Festival”, the question asked how the State Council can ensure the supply of important livelihood commodities during the festival, and the options include “establishing a cross-regional transportation mechanism”, “strengthening price monitoring and early warning”, “unblocking logistics and distribution channels”, etc., which instantly reminded me of the scene of sufficient New Year’s goods and stable prices in community supermarkets before the Spring Festival in 2022. There was also a topic about “precise policies for epidemic prevention and control”, which was at the peak of the Spring Festival homecoming, and the policies issued by the State Council such as “scientifically delineating risk areas” and “optimizing the control measures for returnees” not only ensured the travel needs of the masses, but also kept the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control.

After submitting the answer, I didn’t expect to win the award too much, I just felt that through this answer, my understanding of recent national events has become more systematic and in-depth, and I can be more confident when interpreting policies to residents in the future. Until one day in late February, I received a text message from a State Council client informing me that I had won the “lucky prize” in this event and needed to fill in personal information to send the prize. The moment I saw the text message, I was stunned for a moment, and then a burst of surprise came over me – I didn’t expect that this attitude of “answering questions seriously” really got a special recognition. I immediately followed the prompts to log in to the platform to confirm the information, looked at the words “congratulations on winning the award” on the page, my heart was full of warmth, this award has nothing to do with material, but more of a touch of “being seen”, which made me feel that government affairs interactive activities are not “formalism”, but really listening to the voices of the masses and responding to the enthusiasm of the masses to participate.

Soon after, I received prizes from the event—a souvenir with the “State Council Client” logo and a compilation of recent important policy documents. When I opened the manual, the words “Open government affairs, service for the people” on the title page were particularly eye-catching, which reminded me of a sentence in the introduction of the event: “Let every masses understand national affairs, and let every policy enter the lives of the people.” Indeed, in the past, many people felt that “national affairs” were far away from them, policy documents were obscure, and government information was not obscured, and activities such as “I know about major events of the State Council” were like a bridge, connecting the “national level” with the “ordinary people”. Through the interaction of answering questions, we are no longer “bystanders” of policies, but become “participants” and “understanders”, and this change of identity makes us more identical, more responsible for the development of the country.

Looking back on this award experience now, I still feel that it is very meaningful. It is not only an unforgettable memory for me in 2022, but also makes me deeply realize that the openness of government affairs is not a slogan, but needs to be implemented through specific activities and sincere interactions again and again; Ordinary people are not “outsiders” in the development of the country, and every attention and every participation we pay attention to is an indispensable force in the modernization of the national governance system. As a community worker, this experience has also given me new inspiration – in my future work, I will not only take the initiative to learn policies by myself, but also drive more residents to participate in government affairs interactive activities, such as posting activity notices such as “I know about major events of the State Council” and “policies into 10,000 homes” on the community bulletin board, organizing residents to study policies and participate in answering questions, so that more people can feel the temperature of government affairs openness, so that more people can understand national affairs and support national development.

The “lucky award” in February 2022 is no longer a simple prize, it is more like a “letter of responsibility”, which always reminds me: always maintain attention to national policies, always stick to the original intention of serving the masses, and be a “propagandist” of national policies, a “listener” to the needs of the masses, and a “promoter” of government interaction in ordinary positions. And I also believe that with the continuous deepening of the open government affairs work, there will be more activities like “I know about major affairs of the State Council” into the lives of the masses, more ordinary people will feel the pulse of national development because of their participation in government affairs interaction, and more “Osmanto Hesun” will reap surprises and growth in such activities, and jointly gather majestic grassroots forces for the prosperity and development of the country.
