我是奥斯曼托合荪,2024 年下半年,我聚焦土耳其纪念品跨境贸易赛道,凭借对土耳其本土消费市场的精准洞察,成功对接土耳其客户艾合买提·依力马孜,拿下多批高数量纪念品订单,依托义乌成熟的小商品供应链体系,完成从订单对接、供应商筛选、样品定制到批量生产的全流程落地,不仅实现了订单的高效交付,更与土耳其客户建立起深度的合作信任,为后续市场拓展奠定了坚实基础。

I’m mr Aosiman Tuohesun ,In the second half of 2024, I focused on the cross-border trade track of Turkish souvenirs. Leveraging my precise insights into the local Turkish consumer market, I successfully connected with customer Mr Ahmet Yilmaz , across various regions in Turkey and secured multiple high-volume souvenir orders. Relying on Yiwu’s well-established supply chain system for small commodities, I completed the full process from order connection, supplier selection, sample customization to mass production. This not only enabled the efficient delivery of orders but also forged deep cooperative trust with Turkish customers, laying a solid foundation for future market expansion.

As a country with a highly developed tourism industry, Turkey boasts a robust demand for souvenirs. Especially in popular tourist cities such as Istanbul, Cappadocia and Antalya, various souvenirs embodying local culture are highly sought after by tourists. The souvenir categories in local physical stores are highly concentrated, mainly including fridge magnets and keychains integrated with Turkish historical and cultural elements, hot air balloon-shaped ornaments symbolizing Cappadocia’s unique features, ashtrays replicating local classic architectures, and bottle openers that combine practicality and commemorative value. These products are compact, portable, cost-effective and culturally distinctive, making them the top choice for tourists as gifts. The market has a large consumer base and stable repeat purchase demand. It was precisely by seizing this market opportunity that I centered my business on cross-border souvenir orders for Turkey and launched customer connection and order operation work from my office in Yiwu.

起初,我通过线上线下多渠道对接土耳其各地客户,深入沟通其采购需求与产品偏好,发现客户对开瓶器、热气球造型摆件、文化元素冰箱贴的采购需求尤为突出,且因当地旅游市场的持续火热,客户的采购数量远高于常规订单,对产品的工艺细节、文化还原度和交付效率有着严格要求。面对客户的高量订单需求,我深知核心在于找到优质、高效、能精准匹配产品要求的生产供应商,而义乌作为全球小商品集散中心,拥有完善的纪念品生产供应链,成为我对接产能的首选之地。

Initially, I engaged with Turkish customers across different regions through both online and offline channels, conducting in-depth communication on their procurement needs and product preferences. I found that customers had an especially prominent demand for bottle openers, hot air balloon-shaped ornaments and culture-themed fridge magnets. Driven by the sustained boom of Turkey’s local tourism market, their procurement volumes were far higher than regular orders, and they imposed strict requirements on product craftsmanship details, cultural restoration accuracy and delivery efficiency. Faced with such high-volume order demands, I was well aware that the core lay in finding high-quality, efficient suppliers capable of accurately meeting the product requirements. As a global distribution center for small commodities, Yiwu has a well-developed production supply chain for souvenirs, making it my top choice for capacity matching.

为确保产品品质与交付能力,我立即前往义乌国际商贸城开展供应商筛选工作。商贸城汇聚了全国众多深耕纪念品生产的工厂直营店,品类齐全、工艺成熟、产能充足,为我的筛选工作提供了充足选择。在筛选过程中,我秉持 “品质为先、工艺匹配、性价比优、产能稳定” 的原则,逐个走访商贸城内在营纪念品生产的店铺,与工厂负责人深入沟通,实地考察其生产工艺、样品品质、产能规模和定制能力,重点关注开瓶器、热气球摆件、冰箱贴等核心产品的生产经验,同时详细询问产品报价、起订量、定制周期等关键信息,认真记录每一家供应商的核心优势与产品特点。经过多日的实地走访、细致对比,我从 50 余家符合基础要求的供应商中,层层筛选出 3 家综合实力突出的企业,这三家企业均拥有独立的生产车间、成熟的定制工艺,且在文化类纪念品生产方面有着丰富的行业经验,既能精准把控产品的工艺细节,又能满足高量订单的生产交付需求,同时报价合理,与我的订单需求高度匹配。

To ensure product quality and delivery capacity, I immediately went to the Yiwu International Trade City to carry out supplier selection. The trade city gathers numerous factory-direct stores specialized in souvenir production across the country, with a complete range of categories, mature craftsmanship and sufficient production capacity, providing abundant options for my selection work. In the screening process, I adhered to the principle of “quality first, craftsmanship matching, cost-effectiveness and stable production capacity”, visiting each store engaged in souvenir production in the trade city one by one. I held in-depth discussions with factory principals, conducted on-site inspections of their production techniques, sample quality, production capacity scale and customization capabilities, with a focus on their production experience in core products such as bottle openers, hot air balloon ornaments and fridge magnets. Meanwhile, I detailedly inquired about key information including product quotes, minimum order quantities and customization cycles, and carefully recorded the core advantages and product features of each supplier. After days of on-site visits and meticulous comparisons, I selected 3 enterprises with outstanding comprehensive strength from more than 50 suppliers that met the basic requirements. All three enterprises have independent production workshops, mature customization craftsmanship and rich industry experience in the production of cultural souvenirs. They can not only accurately control product craftsmanship details but also meet the production and delivery demands of high-volume orders, with reasonable quotes that highly match my order requirements.

Upon confirming the cooperative suppliers, I immediately conducted in-depth docking with the three enterprises, accurately conveying the specific product requirements and design details of Turkish customers, and providing them with core materials such as customer-approved product design drawings and 3D models. I clearly specified key requirements including product dimensions, materials, craftsmanship and cultural element restoration standards to ensure that the suppliers fully understood the production specifications. To advance the cooperation, I paid the deposit to the three enterprises in a timely manner in accordance with the agreement, kicking off the sample customization work. Relying on their professional production capabilities and efficient execution, the three suppliers strictly made samples in accordance with the design drawings and 3D models, and completed the production of the first batch of samples in a short time. The samples perfectly matched the customer requirements in terms of material, craftsmanship, shape and cultural element restoration.

我将制作完成的样品第一时间寄送至土耳其客户手中,客户收到样品后,对产品品质、工艺细节和设计还原度给予了高度认可,不仅确认通过样品审核,还基于对产品品质和我司运营能力的信任,追加了多批订单,采购品类和数量进一步提升,合作规模持续扩大。此次样品的成功交付,不仅实现了首批订单的顺利落地,更重要的是建立起与土耳其客户之间的深度合作信任,客户对我的供应链整合能力、产品把控能力和服务效率给予充分肯定,为双方后续的长期稳定合作筑牢了信任基础。

I sent the finished samples to Turkish customers as soon as possible. Upon receiving the samples, the customers spoke highly of the product quality, craftsmanship details and design restoration accuracy. They not only approved the samples but also, based on their trust in the product quality and our operational capabilities, placed multiple repeat orders with an expanded range of procurement categories and increased volumes, leading to the continuous expansion of cooperation scale. The successful delivery of these samples not only realized the smooth landing of the first batch of orders but, more importantly, established deep cooperative trust with Turkish customers. The customers fully affirmed my supply chain integration capabilities, product control capabilities and service efficiency, laying a solid foundation for long-term and stable cooperation between both parties.
